When will I receive my video?
Please allow 1 week for teaser release and 8-10 weeks for final video edits. However, we will not release the final video until the account balance is paid in full.
How will I receive my video?
You will receive a direct download link upon completion of your 7-8 minute highlight film. You may share/upload anyway you prefer. Please note the sneak peak and highlight film will be uploaded to our Facebook page upon completion, and you will receive a USB with the sneak peak, highlight video, and any special moments.
Do I have to pay the full amount at once?
No. We do require a $250 deposit to reserve you date. Upon booking, we will send you an invoice for the full amount, with a minimum payment due of $250. The remaining balance may be paid off in unlimited installments as long as the full amount has been paid by the wedding date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Pay Pal, Venmo, check or cash.
How long do I have to submit my booking deposit via mailed check or cash?
Upon issuing your booking deposit invoice, we will reserve your date for 7 days in order to receive payment.
Do you travel or charge a travel fee?
We love to travel!!! If your venue is outside of Mississippi or requires an overnight stay, we will add a $100 flat rate travel fee to your total.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. Once you have saved your date, we will email you a copy of our booking agreement. We require an electronic signature within 7 days of booking. Our booking agreement can be found here.
What if I need to cancel?
Upon booking, the client may cancel for any reason up to 7 days for a full refund. After the 7 day period has expired, Alton Visuals is liable to refund all monies paid minus the $250 retainer deposit.
What are the special moments?
Selecting the special moments package allows you to relive all the important moments over and over again. We make sure to capture the moment in it's entirety, as smoothly as possible. These are the moments that don't necessarily make it into your highlight film in their full form, such as toasts, cake cutting, first dances, tosses, entrances and exits, etc. Let us know ahead of time if you have any surprise or unique special moments to record.
